Author Guidelines

1. Submission Requirements

• Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal.

• Submissions must align with the journal’s focus and scope.

• All manuscripts must be written in English and prepared according to Eduvance’s formatting guidelines.

2. Submission Process

• All manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s Online Submission System (OJS).

• Authors are required to register and create an account before submitting.

• During the submission process, authors must provide:

  • Complete author details (full name, institutional affiliation, and email address)

  • A clear and concise title

  • An abstract (150–250 words)

  • Keywords (3–5 relevant terms)

  • The manuscript file in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)

3. File Formats and Naming

• Manuscripts must be submitted as editable Microsoft Word files (.doc or .docx).

• Figures and tables should be embedded within the manuscript, not as separate files.

• File names should be clear and descriptive, following the format:
  AuthorLastName_ShortTitle.docx
  Example: Smith_EducationInnovation.docx

4. Ethical Considerations

• Authors must ensure that all research complies with accepted ethical standards.

• The journal strictly prohibits:

  • Plagiarism

  • Duplicate publication

  • Data fabrication or falsification

• All sources must be properly cited, and authors must obtain permission for the use of any copyrighted materials.

5. After Submission

• All manuscripts will undergo an initial editorial screening to assess relevance, format, and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Suitable manuscripts will then proceed to the journal’s double-blind peer review process.

• Authors will typically receive an editorial decision within 4 to 8 weeks of submission.
