Eduvance: Research and Innovation for Educational Excellence is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content. The journal ensures that all articles remain permanently available and accessible even in the event of discontinuation or system failure.

Digital Archiving

To safeguard the integrity and availability of its scholarly content, Eduvance implements the following archiving measures:

  • LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
The journal participates in the LOCKSS program to ensure a secure and decentralized archive. Participating libraries store and distribute journal content to protect against accidental loss.

  • CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS)
Eduvance also uses CLOCKSS to preserve content and provide open access in the event the journal is no longer published.

  • Internet Archive & Other Repositories
The journal may archive its content on trusted digital platforms such as the Internet Archive and other institutional or subject-based repositories.

Self-Archiving by Authors

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or academic social networks (such as ResearchGate or Academia.edu), provided that:

  • Proper citation and link to the official publication on the journal website are included.

  • The article remains unchanged and unaltered, except for format adjustments.

Preservation of Metadata

In addition to full-text articles, the journal ensures the preservation of associated metadata (DOI, authorship, abstract, keywords, etc.) to support discoverability and citation tracking over time.
