1. General Information

  • Eduvance publishes original research articles, literature reviews, and conceptual papers in the field of education.

  • Submitted manuscripts must be written in English and must not have been previously published or under consideration by other journals.

  • All manuscripts must align with the journal’s focus and scope.

2. Manuscript Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s Online Submission System.

  • Authors are required to register as authors in the OJS system before submission.

  • Submission is free of charge. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 150,000 applies only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

3. Manuscript Format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • Page size: A4

  • Margins: Top 3 cm, Bottom 3 cm, Left 3 cm, Right 2.5 cm

  • Word count: 4,000–8,000 words (including references)

4. Structure of the Manuscript

  1. Title (concise, informative, maximum 15 words)

  2. Author(s) Name and Affiliation

  3. Abstract (150–250 words in English)

  4. Keywords (3–5 words or phrases)

  5. Introduction

  6. Method

  7. Results and Discussion

  8. Conclusion

  9. Acknowledgment (if any)

  10. References (APA 7th Edition style)

5. References

  • All references must be cited in-text and listed in the reference section.

  • The journal uses the APA 7th Edition referencing style.

  • References should be taken from credible and recent sources, preferably journal articles published within the last 10 years.

6. Plagiarism Check

  • All submitted manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin or iThenticate).

  • The maximum similarity index allowed is 20%, excluding the references section.

7. Review Process

  • Eduvance uses a double-blind peer review process.

  • Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

  • The review process generally takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the availability of reviewers and the complexity of the manuscript.
