Peer Review Process
At Eduvance, the peer review process is designed to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published articles. The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system, in which both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process to maintain impartiality and fairness.
1. Initial Manuscript Screening

Upon submission, the Editorial Office conducts an initial assessment to ensure the manuscript:

Fits the journal’s focus and scope

Meets the formatting and structural requirements

Complies with the journal’s ethical standards

Manuscripts that fail to meet these basic criteria will be desk-rejected, and authors will be notified promptly.
2. Reviewer Selection

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two expert reviewers with relevant academic backgrounds.

Absence of any conflict of interest

3. Review Process

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

Reviewers provide detailed and constructive feedback, along with one of the following recommendations:

Accept

Minor Revision

The review process is conducted via the journal’s online system and typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
4. Editorial Decision

The Editor reviews all comments and recommendations from the reviewers.

Based on the feedback, the Editor will make a decision:

Accept

Revise and Resubmit

Authors will be notified of the decision, along with anonymized reviewer feedback.
5. Revision and Resubmission

Authors are expected to revise the manuscript in accordance with the reviewer comments and resubmit it within the specified deadline.

Revised manuscripts may be sent back to the original reviewers for a second round of evaluation, if necessary.
6. Final Decision and Publication

Once all reviewer concerns are addressed and the manuscript meets the journal’s standards, the Editor will issue a final acceptance.

The article will then proceed to production and be published in the next available issue of the journal.
