At Eduvance, the peer review process is designed to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published articles. The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system, in which both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process to maintain impartiality and fairness.

1. Initial Manuscript Screening

  • Upon submission, the Editorial Office conducts an initial assessment to ensure the manuscript:

    • Fits the journal’s focus and scope

    • Meets the formatting and structural requirements

    • Complies with the journal’s ethical standards

  • Manuscripts that fail to meet these basic criteria will be desk-rejected, and authors will be notified promptly.

2. Reviewer Selection

  • Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two expert reviewers with relevant academic backgrounds.

  • Reviewers are selected based on:

    • Their subject-matter expertise

    • Academic experience

    • Absence of any conflict of interest

3. Review Process

  • Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

    • Originality

    • Methodological rigor

    • Clarity of presentation

    • Relevance to the field of education

    • Scholarly contribution

  • Reviewers provide detailed and constructive feedback, along with one of the following recommendations:

    • Accept

    • Minor Revision

    • Major Revision

    • Reject

  • The review process is conducted via the journal’s online system and typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.

4. Editorial Decision

  • The Editor reviews all comments and recommendations from the reviewers.

  • Based on the feedback, the Editor will make a decision:

    • Accept

    • Revise and Resubmit

    • Reject

  • Authors will be notified of the decision, along with anonymized reviewer feedback.

5. Revision and Resubmission

  • Authors are expected to revise the manuscript in accordance with the reviewer comments and resubmit it within the specified deadline.

  • Revised manuscripts may be sent back to the original reviewers for a second round of evaluation, if necessary.

6. Final Decision and Publication

  • Once all reviewer concerns are addressed and the manuscript meets the journal’s standards, the Editor will issue a final acceptance.

  • The article will then proceed to production and be published in the next available issue of the journal.
