Published by PT Abdirin Jaya Utama, Eduvance is issued three times a year in April, August, and December.

The journal provides open access to its content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows users to freely share and adapt the material with proper attribution to the original authors.

To support the cost of publication and open access dissemination, Eduvance charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 150,000 per article, payable only upon acceptance.
